Description: Beccariophoenix Fenestralis aka the Windowpane Palm is a rare palm from Madagascar.  The trunk is woody and the young leaves are a beautiful bright green which have slits in their center, resembling windowpanes.

Care: Prefers a humid, tropical climate with part shade and frequent watering.  Avoid soggy soil by using a well draining medium.  Moderately fast growing and hardy.  When mature it can withstand wind and full sun.
