Are you open to the Public?

Our nursery & fruit grove are not open to the public at this time.

Where do you ship Fruit & Plants? Are there any restrictions?

We are licensed to ship Fruit & Plants throughout the United States. We are not currently shipping to Hawaii or Alaska.

California: Certain plants and fruit are restricted to ship to California. If you select a restricted item (will be in the listing description) for shipping to California, your order will be cancelled and payment refunded.

How long before my order ships? What Days do you ship on and Which Carriers?

Processing times range from 1-7 days depending on the item being ordered. We Ship orders out on Mondays and Tuesdays excluding holidays to avoid weekend delays. If you have questions about when your item will ship feel free to message us. We currently ship UPS ONLY. We cannot deliver to PO Box Addresses, AK, HI or PR at this time.

Do you have Local Pickup?

Yes, we have local Curbside pick up available. Simply select Curbside pickup when checking out, you will receive an email confirmation for your order as well as pick up time options.

Do you offer winter protection?

Please be aware of your local weather prior to placing an order. If the temp is below 40 degrees or you are experiencing extreme weather we do not recommend placing an order for plants or fruit. If you have questions about ordering during winter or extreme heat feel free to message us. Insulation and Heat packs are available for purchase.

Do you accept returns or offer refunds?

My plants are here Yay! Now what?

Carefully open your package and remove any packing material or tape. Mist the Leaves of your plant and water if it is dry. Make sure to place the plant in a location with the correct light/shade, air flow and humidity for your specific plant.
